Twitter is over capacity

I am a user of twitter with 350+ followers, browsing twitter is always a problem for me as I see a message “twitter is overcapacity” with a whate picture. we all can understand the value of twitter and thousands of people joining twitter on daily basis. As of me, I am planning to start Pakistan’s own service of twitter for Pakistan only. People will say that I am a mad person who tries to beat with giants but I always think big.
Prove Pakistan is the first organization which started to Establish Information Technology in Pakistan. |
